• Because of their exclusive, hand-designed nature, our items are produced only after your order is placed — reducing waste and keeping every piece unique.
  Europe: usually 7–15 days

• Outside Europe or remote areas: Up to 30 days

Size & Exchange Policy

Please check our size chart carefully before placing your order. As all products are made to order, we strongly recommend comparing the measurements with a garment you already own to ensure the best fit.

Exchanges due to customer choice (incorrect size ordered or change of mind regarding the selected item):

• You may return the item in its original condition.

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

• Once we receive the returned item, we will send the replacement. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item.

If the mistake is ours (wrong item, incorrect print, manufacturing defect, or shipping error):

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

• After verification, we will send a replacement free of charge.

• As an apology for the inconvenience, you will also receive a 10% discount to use on your next purchase.

All of our products are made to order, one by one. Because of this, each garment is unique and may have slight variations in print placement, color tones, or finishing. These small differences are normal and are part of the handcrafted production process.
